Peoples Club of Nigeria celebrates and  endorses Project NWAFOR Igbo


 In what seems like a convergence of similar ideas, The CEO of Equity Concepts entertainments, Rowland Okorie, met with the Executives of Africa’s biggest club, The Peoples Club of Nigeria, International (PCNI) Arlington Branch, Texas. 

The meeting was an impromptu one due to sudden notification but was honoured by Rowland Okorie after information reached him that the club was hosting its major annual meeting in the great city of Las Vegas.

After listening to Rowland Okorie's narrative on the agenda and plans of Project Nwafor Igbo, the Chairman of the club, Hon Chief Anthony Ejike Nwedo (Ononenyi na Nsugbe, Ononenyi na Umuneke Udi)  stressed the need for Igbo lands to attract foreign investors.

He made bold to say that the club would  partner with project NWAFOR Igbo to help further market the project via its network of high profile individuals.  We will use all our power to garner investors , we must make igbo land look like Las Vegas, he declared.

According to the PRO  of The Peoples Club of Nigeria, International (PCNI),  Hon. Chief Eddie Uzoigwe (Azua Okwe), 'this year's annual event was organised with an effort to look into what makes an Igbo man proud. He further added that Project NWAFOR Igbo is a powerful initiative that will bring everyone to one spot and on the same table to discuss matters of mutual benefit and communal growth.

The national patron, Hon. High Chief, Sir Eddie Osuagwu (Osinaigwe Obowo 1, Oduigbo USA) who is the former Chairman of the club stressed the need to be part of the process and called on the global unity of Igbos, “we must speak in one voice” he added.

 

Other members of the club . Amann Okonkwo (The Ugwumba of Nwewi)  , Jude Ugbomoh The Rock of Agbor, a real estate giant were also present and made very valuable contributions.

Also present and very vocal was Hon Ozo Ethelbert Odo,Special Branch Officer (Anya Afuche) who started the conversation that sparked up the meeting on a social media group where he posted his location. This was only a 2 minutes ride from Rowlands  location at that moment and as he was invited  to come for the meeting, Rowland had to hit the road..

Staunch member of the club,  Albert Lekwuwa  popularly called big fish noted the absence of  his strong allie The First Vice Chairman Hon Chief Ifeanyi Onyia (Onwa Gburu Gburu) who was on an unavoidable trip to Nigeria and also Hon. Attorney Lui Akwuroha regretted his absence as well.

The meeting climaxed  with dramatic performances from the group’s dutchess of All Motown known for singing Motown songs with a splash of DooWop! and it was the best ending of the night with too much to go with.
The Nigerian powerful women and their hubbies called it a night out with my best friend.

PROJECT NWAFOR IGBO DEBUTS AT MBAISE 14 CONVENTION 2023

 As all roads lead to Dallas, Texas for the Mbaise Inc, 14th Annual  National Convention on July 5th – 9th, 2023,  the Chief Executive Officer of Equity Concepts Entertainments and Global Leader of Project Nwafor Igbo, Rowland Okorie  has perfected preparations for Project NWAFOR debut appearance.

This year’s  convention will be chaired by one of the great leaders of Ndi-Igbo, Chief Sir SOS Echendu, who is also the National President.

 

Chief Echendu emphasises the need for South East states to meet up global standards in job creations for the youths, he also said this years convention will attract thousands of Mbaise men, women and children living in the US and around the world.

The gathering will feature leadership forum, cultural celebration, Innovation workshop,  town hall meeting, youth programmes, a fundraiser/gala night, Millennia’s gala, and more.

According to Mr. Okorie, “Project NWAFOR will live up to the occasion and present its blueprint on how it seeks to partner with Mbaise USA having been consulting with people from the same town and village”.

One of whom is Chief Ezeji Alozie Aguwa who earlier acclaimed the birthing of the idea of Project NWAFOR IGBO and appraised it as the new face of change that will help our youths to achieve their goals .

He added that what makes Project NWAFOR IGBO an excellent idea is the fact that it has the potential to generate it's own revenue. 

“Change at last has come”, he added. Chief Alozie further said that the igbo nation is crumbling and needs immediate resuscitation that will bring never-before-seen employment and youth empowerment-programs in order to transform the lives of our youths.

This is coming on the heels of the Global Director on Strategy Uche Onuigbo’s proposed meeting with Chief Emmanuel Iwayanwu and other stakeholders in Ohaneze Ndi Igbo  to align for an official project Launch this year.

 

Rowland Okorie also seized the opportunity to felicitate with  the board chairman, Chief Dr Charles Iwejuo, Hon. Bethels Agomuoh, Director, Technology , Hon Emeka Okoro ,Director Culture, Atty. Ben Onyenacho, Legal Adviser, Princess  Ezi Ada Eji EJE MBA ,Hon. Lady Maurine Chinyere Achilike, and all the Mbaise Nations both In United States, and abroad on their  upcoming Convention and assures them of a mutually beneficial  relationship in the convergence of ideas to  bring massive development for the face lift, transformation and ultimate industrialization of Ala Igbo.
